FACI Acoustic Push-Button

The Acoustic Push Button was specially developed by FACI for residents/ patients who are not able to use a manual multiple push-button.

Call cancellation/ call acknowledgement takes place via the presence button on the room display or the intercom. As soon as staff report themselves to be present in the room, the acoustic push-button is deactivated. 

With FACI FlexlinePro Nursecall, the FD4997 acoustic push-button is simply plugged into the call unit with RJ-14 socket (FD4942 or FD4949).

If the patient/ resident removes the acoustic push-button from the call unit with RJ-14 socket unauthorized or unintentionally, this is communicated to the staff as a plug-in alarm. In addition, the acoustic push-button with RJ-14 connector has a tear-off protection to prevent destruction from excessive pulling, height-adjustable beds or similar.
